Charles City Timber and Mat: Bridge & Crane Mats

One of our most popular items are bridge and crane mats. We assemble mats from 8" thick to whatever thickness you may need. The most common thicknesses are 8" and 12", but we construct any size and also build them as wide as you need them. We have built mats as narrow as four and eight feet wide and our maximum length is 45 feet. Although we have yet to construct a bridge mat 45 foot long, we are ready and able to do it! When ordering your mat or mats you may also specify if you would like them assembled with only oak timbers or mixed hardwood timbers.
